Beautiful Gate Outreach
Our ministry was founded upon a biblical story that originates in Acts Chapter 3. One afternoon, Jesus's disciples Peter and John went to the temple at the hour of prayer. When a man begging outside the temple asked them for money, Peter spoke words that would change the man's life forever: "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have, I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk."
Like Peter and John, as chaplains, we meet people at the gates of life—places of transition, waiting, pain, uncertainty. These are not places of comfort, but places people can often feel unseen, overlooked or forgotten. We minister in hospital rooms, nursing home cafeterias, waiting rooms, prison cells, mental health facilities, conference rooms, private homes.
Like Peter, we give of what we have received: Prayer. Strength. Encouragement. Compassion. Comfort. And in a world increasingly run by the clock--Time. As chaplains, we do not rush past suffering. We pause. We notice. We respond with mercy, becoming--by God's grace--a living reflection of Acts 3 compassion. Again and again, we point hearts to Jesus, inviting healing, faith and praise to rise, to ease and replace the pain.
Our ministry is a beautiful work-in progress, a living testimony to God's love and mercy, with our compassionate Savior leading the way.
